Plenaries
The opening plenary, directly following the Innovation Award Ceremony, tackles the latest regulatory developments and guidance for combination products, revealing common pitfalls in their development and approval, and sharing lessons learned, best practices, and helpful strategies from case studies.
The second plenary explores the emerging field of large volume injections and provides a market overview and delivery options. An overview of drugs in development, options for hand-held, large volume injections and results on tolerability and pain of very high-volume injections gives you a comprehensive overview of key developments. Interactive Q/As give you the chance to ask direct questions and get direct answers.
If you aren't able to ask your questions during a plenary. Visit the Meet the Presenters Booth in the Exhibit Hall 15 minutes following the end of a plenary where the presenters will be waiting to interact with you one-on-one.
Concurrent Educational Opportunities
The concurrent sessions start at 14:00 offering immersion in a variety of all-important industry topics:
- The human factors in delivery.
- The design space of autoinjectors in combination with formulations and primary packaging.
- Novel solutions for primary packaging and autoinjectors, focusing on sustainability, cost, and usability.

Meet the Presenters: Your Chance for One-on-One Discussions
For the very first time, PDA is offering attendees the opportunity to “Meet the Presenters” in a special booth located in the Exhibit Hall. Each scheduled presenter will make themselves available for 30 minutes starting at 15 minutes past their plenary or session.

Technical Report Live (TRL): Learn from the Authors and Experts
You may not know that once a new technical report is published, PDA holds a webinar where the authors and experts who are responsible for the report’s contents, discuss their approaches and consideration processes. The webinars often have hundreds of attendees hungry to gain insights and understanding of the authors and experts’ thinking.
TRLs have been in high demand, as such, PDA is offering PDA Universe attendees the opportunity to participate in two TRLs in-person right in the Exhibit Hall.
You do not want to miss this special in-person opportunity to get under the hood with PDA’s authors and experts.
