Technical Report Live (TRL): Learn from the Authors and Experts

You may not know that once a new technical publication is published, PDA holds a live webinar for the authors and experts of the publications’ contents to discuss their approaches and consideration processes. The webinars often have hundreds of attendees in the audience hungry to gain insights and understanding of the authors’ and experts’ thinking.

TRLs have been in such high demand that PDA is offering attendees the opportunity to participate in person at four TRLs held live right in the Exhibit Hall.

Dive into the Latest Research at the Poster Showcase

PDA’s new Poster Showcase brings together all poster presenters in one place, offering you the perfect opportunity to ask questions, spark discussions, and immerse yourself in their research. PDA’s Poster Showcase represents over 30 posters submitted by the best and brightest in our industry.

But Wait, There Is More

PDA is introducing the PDA Week Poster Award, giving you and fellow attendees the chance to vote for the winners during PDA Week.

Help choose the top three winners at PDA Week 2025!

What Makes a Winning Poster?

Posters will be evaluated based on:

• Content: Relevance to PDA Week’s theme, clarity, scientific rigor, and significance.
• Visual Design: Layout, readability, effective graphics, and overall visual appeal.

Award winners will be announced on Wednesday, 09 April, during the Networking Lunch. Don’t miss this opportunity to explore groundbreaking research and celebrate innovation!

Voting is open Tuesday, 08 April from 09:00 – 16:15.

One vote per registered PDA Week attendee.

Enhance your experience by listening to poster audio as you explore the Poster Area. If a presenter is unavailable, this feature allows you to hear key insights directly from the poster. Visit the app to find posters with audio, and don’t forget to bring headphones for the best experience!

Miss a Poster?

PDA offers all attendees of PDA Week access to a special onsite attendee page, including links to all posters, interviews with the poster presenters, easy access to PDA’s Technical Publications, PDA Week photos and so much more. Look out for an email on Sunday, 06 April containing details on how to access the attendee page.

Conference Passport

You receive your conference passport when you pick up your badge in the registration pavilion. You can then collect stamps from the sponsors and exhibitors, many of which are offering great prizes. Use your stamp collection as a way to break the ice and learn what the sponsors and exhibitors are offering that can help you fill a need.

Passport Raffle Winners will be selected on Wednesday, 09 April, during the Networking Lunch.

Tech Talks: Learn from PDA’s Sponsors and Exhibitors

In addition to the substantive educational program, PDA works with its sponsors and exhibitors to bring their knowledge, research and experience to the table. We all respect that sponsors and exhibitors are often working with many companies across the industry and can have a broad perspective on how to solve problems or resolve issues.
