Registration is in Oasis Hall 2 of the Convention Center and will be open during the following hours:

*Attendees of PDA’s Training and Research Institute (TRI) co-located training course and workshops can receive their training course registration materials on Thursday, 10 April and Friday, 11 April starting at 07:30 in the San Jacinto Room located off the Renaissance Hotel Lobby area.
General Information
Dress: The dress code for PDA Week 2025 is business casual. A sweater or jacket is recommended as the meeting rooms may be cool. Average temperatures in Palm Springs, CA during early April are in the high 80’s to lows in the 50’s.

Badges: Badges are required for access to all education sessions, roundtables, interest groups, training courses, workshops and networking events.

Continental Breakfast
Start your day with coffee and breakfast before you immerse in the educational sessions, interest group meetings and more. Breakfast on Tuesday and Wednesday is available from 07:00 – 08:00 in the Convention Center Lobby.

This Supplier Think Tank will explore how implementing a ready-to-use (RTU) industrial setup can streamline processes, lower contamination risks, and reduce the total cost of ownership. After hearing from pharma and contract manufacturing organization (CMO) industry experts, participants will have a chance to provide valuable user input through an interactive discussion.
